Frozen Second

If you keep your watch in sync with every second, freeze your clocks for 1 second at 23:59:59 on 31st December(according to the world's official time keeper). The extra second is mandated by IERS. It will be 24th bonus second since the practice began in 1972. It is done to syncchronise with Earth's imperfect rotation.
